PROCESSThe process fluids category includes fluids that are normally transferred between different sites (Midstream), which are obviously also involved at the beginning and end of the refining processes, as well as intermediate fluids contained in the various refining phases carried out within the plant (Downstream).

Additives


These are additives added to the crude oil prior to the pre-heating phase, which, in turn, precedes desalination. Additive pumps often require special specifications for the materials that come into contact with the fluid, as well as technical solutions designed to make up for the absence of lubricating properties.
